Prop 4 Repeal Petition

The Utah GOP claims 200,000+ signatures to repeal Prop 4 (needs ~140,748). Verification deadline: March 7, 2026. Thousands of signers are requesting their names be removed, and there are reports of misleading petition gatherers.

Federal Case Pending

A three-judge federal panel heard arguments on February 18 and could overturn the court-ordered map based on the Elections Clause. No ruling has been issued yet.
